Heated bowl VMO-06

Is used to heat application solutions during surgical procedures. Application solutions are mainly used for rinsing body cavities, wounds and for preparing drapes and compresses, e.g. for stopping capillary bleeding.

The heated bowl consists of a five-arm mobile stand, a temperature-controlled heating element and the stainless steel bowl itself. The stainless steel stand is height adjustable, has anti-static castors with brakes. The bowl is made of high quality stainless steel material, the bottom is reinforced to ensure thermal stability. The bowl can be easily removed and sterilized.

Heating is provided by a heating element with temperature control. The temperature is infinitely adjustable from 30-90°C. The heating element is equipped with thermostats to ensure the safety of the device against overheating.

Temperature control of the water bath is provided by a microprocessor controller with an accuracy of ±1°C. Setting the desired temperature value is carried out via a touch keypad and displayed on the LED display. The operating status of the device is indicated visually.

The self-diagnostics of the instrument ensures continuous checking of the operating parameters and correct functioning of the instrument.
In case of deviation from the set parameters or malfunction of the instrument, an optical-acoustic alarm is activated. In the event of a serious malfunction, the instrument is safely switched off.

For service diagnostics, the instrument is equipped with a USB port allowing connection to a PC.
The instrument includes a connector for connection to equalize the electrical potentials.
