SERVICE
We provide quality authorized service for all products supplied, both by our qualified technicians and through contracted service organizations.
We provide periodic safety technical inspections (PBTK) of our products according to the requirements of the Medical Devices Act at least 1 time per year, the customer receives a report of the inspection performed individual devices are marked with a label with a record of the next inspection.
We guarantee the availability of spare parts at favourable prices and guarantee their supply for at least 10 years from the end of production.
